Astley Care is looking for drivers to support our clients to attend medical and social appointments. Transport services operate between Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Volunteers are able to nominate their availability throughout the week.

Jo would love a volunteer visitor to visit her once a week or fortnight at her aged care home in Gosnells. She enjoys crafts such as card making, grew up in Blackpool, England, moved to Perth aged 24, married a wheat belt farmer, and lived a full life. Now she lives alone.
The position is responsible for welcoming visitors to the venue. Once Auditorium doors open, the Usher is responsible for checking tickets and helping patrons to their seats if required. The usher will then sit in the Auditorium for the duration of the event and provide assistance to patrons if required.
Born deaf, Thelma now lives in residential aged care where she experiences isolation as no one can chat with her. If you are a proficient Auslan speaker, and can spare an hour a week or fortnight, Thelma would love you to visit her. If your favourite AFL team is WCE, you will have lots to talk about.

Are you skilled in either Origami, String Art, Ikebana or Mosaics? Have you ever thought about sharing your skills and love of these crafts by teaching at a Community Learning Centre? If so we have a great opportunity for you to impart your knowledge to others by volunteering at a local Community Learning Centre.
We are seeking a volunteer to provide safe and comfortable transport to various designations e.g. GP, Shopping, Hospital appointments, etc. to and from clients homes.
